Where do you ship?
parts.bobcat.eu offers shipping to the following countries: Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia and Austria.
The following overseas territories are excluded:

What do you charge for shipping?
FREE SHIPPING on orders over 100 EUR. We currently charge 8 EUR for shipping on orders less than 100 EUR.
When will I receive my items?
You will receive your parts within 1-2 business days after placing your order. The warehouse ships on the same day if the order was placed and paid before 4pm on business days (Mon – Fri).
NOTE: Our warehouse is located in Halle / Germany and closed on German public holidays. Your order will then be shipped the next business day.
Certain items like batteries and lubricants (engine oils, hydraulic oils, etc.) are classified as dangerous goods and cannot be transported via plane. These items need to be transported on the ground via truck and this can result in a longer delivery time of 2 – 5 days.
How will I receive my items?
We ship all our orders with DHL Express. After the parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via mail to follow any shipment updates.
